Jess’s online journey started with a Facebook Group while she was still working a 9-5, and the group’s inspiring women changed everything for her. A few months later, she quit her job!

First, meet Jess, the founder of Groundswell Coworking. She’s all about intuition and ditching traditional productivity norms. And then there’s Crystal, the CEO of Fierce Femme Academy. She’s a millionaire maker who helps women create their dream lives and businesses.

So, how did these two powerhouses meet?

The universe brought them together, naturally.

Jess had a vision that people needed to connect with each other instead of working alone in cafes and libraries, so she organized a “Lonely Laptoppers” meetup at a local coffee shop.

And guess who showed up?

Crystal, who wasn’t sure the meetup was for her.

But after two people told her she simply HAD TO connect with Jess, she quieted the voices in her head and walked through the doors. 

Life changed for both of them at that moment.

Jess met someone she didn’t know at her meetup for the first time, and Crystal had people to talk to about the challenges she was facing in her business who actually understood.

Jess persuaded Crystal to do her first Facebook Live that night…and even though she was initially terrified and awkward, Crystal faced the challenge like the total BOSS she is. Now, we can't get her OFF social media! 🤳

Jess & Crystal have collaborated in countless ways since then, from launching online coaching programs and conferences to hosting workshops and masterminds.

Jess even pivoted her in-person coworking business online during "the great pause" of 2020, realizing that people weren't really coming to her coworking space for the desks, WiFi, and coffee but for the PEOPLE. And meeting online was the best way to stay connected.
